Hauntingly beautiful, this beginning band setting deserves to be played by bands of all levels. The lovely melody moves between voices with a motion provided through skillful use of harmonic suspensions and  their satisfying resolutions. Technical demands are truly minimal, allowing the focus to be placed on expression and the musical presentation.
