Standard delivery is our most popular option for music orders. Most orders arrive in 1-5 business days. Shipment tracking is available to your door when shipped via FedEx and UPS. At our discretion, your order may ship via FedEx, FedEx Home Delivery, UPS or USPS. In October 2021, the United States Postal Service announced a third of its first-class packages will require more days for delivery as they move shipments from plane to truck transit. Customers should anticipate a two to three day increase in delivery times for USPS shipments.
A $1 handling charge is applied to every order. All orders are charged the $1 handling charge only once, regardless of how many shipments are required to complete your order. If preparing a purchase order, please add $1 handling to the amounts shown.
Budget shipping is perfect for smaller orders that are less urgent. Most orders arrive in 6-12 business days, although delivery will reflect local USPS service times. Shipment tracking is available only as far as your local post office. Orders may be sent to a P.O. Box.
Next Day and 2nd Day Air are guaranteed to be delivered in 1 or 2 business days, respectively, from the time they ship from our warehouse. Street address required (no P.O. Box delivery). We attempt to ship all express orders the same day the order is received, although shipping carrier pick-up schedules determine the processing cut-off time. Shipment tracking is available to your door. International shipping charges are determined by weight and region at the time you place your order. You will be charged shipping only once, for the entire order, regardless of the number of shipments it takes to complete your order. Although Pepper charges you only once, local customs may charge per shipment. Pepper does not control customs charges or policies. Express delivery options vary and are available upon request.
Actual delivery rates apply to items where weight, size, or dimensions require special delivery. Oversized items do not qualify for posted shipping rates. A customer service representative will confirm shipping costs when it exceeds the norm for most music purchases.
