Fanfare and Fireworks is a dramatic concert opener or closer designed to be performed by concert band and strings; however, it can also be performed by concert band alone. The vibrant and interesting harmonies heard in the winds and strings sound much more difficult than they are. There are no tempo changes and all rhythms are simple and straightforward.
