The scene with Christ and his disciples in the upper room is rendered musically in this reverent communion anthem that is appropriate throughout the year, in addition to services on Maundy Thursday.  A flowing accompaniment with an optional oboe solo supports skillfully crafted, warm vocals that call us to "Remember to serve as I have served you."
