Deep Field
Eric Whitacre's Deep Field, arranged for wind ensemble and choir, was inspired by the world's most famous space observatory, the Hubble Space Telescope, and one of its greatest discoveries, the iconic Deep Field image. This is the choral part as performed by the epic Virtual Choir in the film "Deep Field: The Impossible Magnitude of Our Universe," which represents 120 countries with over 8,000 voices aged four to 87 alongside the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and the Eric Whitacre Singers.
